Kids & Teens
Grow. Build. Conquer.
A dynamic kids’ program designed to teach the fundamentals of martial arts in a fun, supportive environment — building discipline, confidence and physical fitness while introducing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and other combat sports.
Programs
Five programmes, 24 sessions a week between them, and every one of them assumes a child who has never done this before. Most families start with one and add a second once it is clear which one their kid actually looks forward to.

Gi and No-Gi grappling — leverage, control and problem-solving that builds confident kids.

With every skill learned and goal reached, kids build real self-esteem in and out of the gym.
Following instruction, sticking to a routine, and working toward goals — on the mat and at school.
A full-body workout that develops coordination, balance, strength and agility.
Respect for coaches, partners and themselves — the foundation of every class.

The question every parent asks first
Of the 24 youth sessions we run each week, 11 are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and another 3 are wrestling. Those are control sports. They are about leverage, balance and position, and no strikes are thrown in them at all.
Boxing accounts for 5 sessions, Muay Thai 3 and Judo 2. So a child can train here several times a week and never do any striking, or mix all five — plenty of families do exactly that, because at this age nobody knows yet which one will stick.
What it is actually for
Nobody enrols a seven-year-old because they want them to fight. Here is what the mats are genuinely good at.
A child will get their position taken dozens of times in an hour, reset, and go again. Very few things at that age offer that much low-stakes practice at being beaten and carrying on.
Grappling is a constant negotiation with balance, weight and grip. Kids who train it tend to become noticeably less clumsy, which is not the reason parents sign up but is usually the first thing they notice.
Children who are used to being held, moved and controlled on a mat are markedly less rattled by it in a playground. Confidence here is a by-product of familiarity, not of being told to feel confident.
Classes run seven days a week, which means there is no single session to miss and no season to fall out of. Consistency gets easier when the mat is always there.
