These terms cover this website. Your training with us is governed by the membership agreement and waiver you sign at the gym, not by this page.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site describes our facilities, classes, coaches and services. We keep it accurate, but timetables, staffing and prices change — sometimes at short notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a particular class will run at a particular time, and the schedule shown here may not reflect a last-minute change. If it matters, telephone the front desk on (416) 503-1600.
The site, its articles and its assistant describe training in general terms. They are not medical advice and are no substitute for a qualified professional. Combat sports and strength training carry a real risk of injury. Speak to a doctor before beginning any new training programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing a health condition.
Membership, participation and the risks of training are dealt with in the membership agreement and the waiver and assumption of risk that you sign at the gym. Those documents, not this website, govern your training with us. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement applies.
The free four-day pass is offered to people who have not trained with us before, one per person, and we may withdraw or change it at any time. Taking it up requires completing our waiver at the front desk.
The text, photographs, video, logos and design on this site belong to Xtreme

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from any inaccuracy in it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
