Etobicoke, Toronto · Established 2008
Canada’s largest MMA facility — where first-timers, weekend warriors, and world champions train under the same roof. Build strength, sharpen skill, and find out what you’re capable of.

Start where you are
Most people who walk through our doors will never step into a cage, and that has never been the point. Mixed martial arts is the most complete way there is to get fit — you learn a skill instead of counting reps, and the conditioning arrives as a side effect.
What we do run is 49 classes a week across six arts, including sessions built specifically for people who have never trained: Beginner Boxing, Beginner Muay Thai, and Women’s Only Boxing. Those are real classes with their own coaches, not a watered-down version of the main one.
The disciplines
Train each discipline on its own or blend them all into a complete MMA game. Beginner, advanced, women’s-only, teen and competition classes run all week.

Gi and No-Gi grappling for every level — from your first roll to competition. Adult, teen and kids programs daily.

Six disciplines is a lot
Nobody expects you to pick correctly on day one — the four-day pass exists so you can try a few. But if you want a steer, it usually comes down to one question: what do you want out of it?
Start with Beginner Boxing or Beginner Muay Thai. Both assume zero experience, teach stance and footwork before anything else, and you will not be asked to hit anyone. Most people stay in these for a couple of months.
Striking burns more than the treadmill and you stop noticing the hour. Muay Thai (Bag) and Kickboxing are the conditioning-heaviest sessions on the timetable — all the work, none of the contact.
Grappling, honestly. BJJ Gi and No-Gi BJJ teach you what to do when someone is already on top of you, which is where real situations end up. Add Wrestling once you are comfortable.
Build a base first, then move up: Competition BJJ No-Gi, Boxing Sparring and Wrestling High Performance are the competition tracks. Sparring and Competition BJJ are invite-only — your coach will tell you when.
Still not sure? Come in and say so. The front desk has put thousands of people into their first class and nobody there is going to sell you a fight camp.
When we train
Some classes are Invite Only (Boxing Sparring, Competition BJJ). Wrestling High Performance is 14+. Girls’-only and Women’s-only classes available.
