Feel Your Best
XCC provides results-based treatments for the beginner, the pro and everyone in between. Located within the largest MMA facility in Canada, we deliver the best results to our clients so they can conquer in health and performance.
What we do
We specialize in minimizing joint, muscle, and nerve pain. Our expert therapists solve whatever issue you’re facing while decreasing tension and getting you feeling your best. A treatment plan of regular tune-ups optimizes and maintains your body and protects it from breaking down — getting you rapidly back, and better, to your routine.
Why it is in the building
Most people who train get hurt eventually, and most of them handle it by stopping. They wait, it improves, they come back, it goes again — because nothing was ever actually assessed. A clinic on the other side of the same building removes every excuse in that chain: no referral, no waiting weeks, no explaining to a stranger what an armbar is.
It also means the people treating you have watched the sport that injured you. A shoulder that hurts from bench press and a shoulder that hurts from being cranked in a kimura are different problems, and knowing that before the assessment starts saves a session.
You do not have to be a member. The clinic treats people who have never set foot on the mats, and plenty of its patients are here for a desk-job back rather than a fight camp.

Treatments
Three ways in, depending on whether you need something diagnosed, something rehabilitated, or something released. If you are not sure which, say what hurts and we will point you at the right one.

Targeted relief that reduces tension and supports recovery.

Assessment and rehab to get you moving and performing pain-free.

Release tension, improve circulation and recover between sessions.
Who you’ll see
A Registered Kinesiologist who directs the clinic and a chiropractor with a kinesiology degree behind the chiropractic one — both of whom came to this through sport rather than into sport through a clinic. Full backgrounds on each card.

As Clinic Director, Nina brings a performance-driven, patient-centered approach to every athlete and client who walks through the doors. With a background as a Registered Kinesiologist, High Performance Trainer, Stretch Therapist, and Mental Performance Mastery Coach, her philosophy is simple: movement is medicine — and the human body is incredibly resilient when trained with intention.
Nina specializes in youth athletic development across all sports and ages, helping young athletes build strong foundations in movement, strength, speed, coordination, and confidence. Beyond physical performance, she works closely with athletes on mental performance strategies — because true high performance starts from within.
Her expertise also extends into neurological rehabilitation. Nina has worked extensively with individuals living with stroke and neurodegenerative conditions and founded a not-for-profit organization, the Nerva Movement Association, dedicated to helping this population continue living active, empowered lives. Her mission is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high performance, empowering both athletes and patients to realize what their bodies are truly capable of.

Dr. Andrew Chung graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Kinesiology, before graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. As an avid sports player, he has always been captivated by how the body works and how injuries can develop. He continues to educate himself through evidence-based research about injury prevention and rehabilitation to better guide his patients toward an optimal, healthy lifestyle. Beyond back and joint pain, he’s equally passionate about treating a diverse variety of injuries and conditions — helping with pain relief and management, conditions affecting the spine, and reducing medication and opioid use.
