These terms

These terms apply when you buy from the Xtreme Couture Toronto online store. Placing an order means you accept them.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax unless stated. Applicable Ontario HST is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you order. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered it, we will tell you and refund you in full — we will not substitute something else without asking.

Accuracy

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and sizing varies between manufacturers — please use the size guide, and ask us if you are unsure.

Your order

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order, and if we do we will refund any payment in full.

Payment

[Complete once the payment processor is chosen: who processes payment, which cards are accepted, and when the card is charged.] Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by us.

Collection and delivery

Orders can be collected at the front desk during staffed hours, and we will email you when yours is ready. Shipping rates and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached may be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, mouthguards and any item worn against the skin cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty. Faulty goods are covered by your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and those rights are not affected by anything here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
