If something on this site or in the gym does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it or find another way to get you what you need. There is no charge for that.
Xtreme Couture Toronto is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
The site has been built to work for as many people as possible. In practice that means:
If anything on this site is hard for you to use, we will provide it another way — read to you over the telephone, emailed as plain text, or printed in large type. There is no charge. Call (416) 503-1600 or email info@xtremecouture.ca.
[To be completed by XCT: describe physical accessibility honestly — step-free entry, accessible parking, change rooms, and anything that is NOT accessible. An accurate statement that names a limitation is worth more than an optimistic one.]
Service animals and support persons are welcome in all areas of the facility that are open to the public, except where excluded by law.
[AODA requires staff training on accessible customer service and a documented feedback process. Confirm what is in place.]
We welcome feedback on how we provide accessible service. Contact us by telephone on
(416) 503-1600, by email at info@xtremecouture.ca, or in person at the front desk.
We will respond in the way you prefer, and we take every piece of feedback seriously.
